Depending on our client’s specific needs CIS can make recommendations and offer service packages to suite your business requirements from:

• Annual service inspections for systems with extremely low input or occasional use.
  
  
• Quarterly service inspections for systems with reasonable input and regular usage.
  
  
• Monthly/Weekly service inspections for high input systems running 24/7 or systems with no in-house maintenance teams, requiring on going planned maintenance (inspection, greasing, tensioning etc.).

All of our preventative service package options are designed to identify and rectify potential failures in the equipment before they occur to save down time and loss of production/supply. At each visit the engineer(s) will thoroughly inspect the conveyor equipment to check for correct operation, making minor adjustments to such items as the chain or belt tension, lubrication etc. as may be necessary. A detailed report is then submitted to the client in which any signs of wear or damage are highlighted and remedial actions with timescales are recommended.
